Catch the 1-star before it goes public.

Cerebro Feedback asks every customer for a star rating after the job. Happy customers go where you send them. Unhappy ones reach you first, privately.

How was your experience?

Watch it work, or tap a star yourself.

From the team behind Cerebro, the operating system for roofing and service companies.

How it works

One link, one tap, and the right follow-up for every score. No app for your customers, nothing to install for your team.

1

Share one link

Every survey gets a private link. Text it, email it, or print it on the invoice after the job is done.

2

Customers tap a star

One screen, five stars, no login. The score is saved before anything else happens.

3

The score picks the path

4 and 5 stars redirect to the destinations you configure. 1 to 3 opens a private form that lands in your support channel before anyone else hears about it.

Built to be trusted with the bad news

The complaint a customer almost posted is sensitive data. The plumbing treats it that way.

Signed, delivered, verifiable

Every detractor message hits your webhook with an HMAC-SHA256 signature your server can verify.

POST https://hooks.your-shop.com/support X-Feedback-Signature: hmac-sha256 { "score": 2, "band": "detractor", "message": "Crew left debris on the lawn", "contactEmail": "sam@customer.com" }

Retries until it lands

Webhook down? We retry at 1, 5, and 30 minutes, and a sweeper rescues anything stranded in between.

Platform warnings built in

Point a redirect at Google, Yelp, or Trustpilot and the dashboard flags it before the survey can go live.

What stays under your control

Routing decisions are made on the server, never in the customer's browser, and every activation is recorded.

  • ✓Scores are saved first. Even if the customer closes the page mid-redirect, you keep the rating.
  • ✓Destinations never reach the browser. Your webhook URL and signing secret stay server-side.
  • ✓Acceptance on record. Who accepted the responsibility terms, when, and for which destinations.
  • ✓Change the URLs, redirects pause. Edited destinations stay offline until they are accepted again.

Your responsibility as a client

You choose where promoters are redirected. Routing customers to public review platforms (Google, Yelp, Trustpilot, and others) based on their score may violate those platforms' policies and, depending on your jurisdiction, consumer-protection rules.

Cerebro Feedback warns you when a configured destination is a known review platform, and no survey with external redirects goes live until you have accepted the responsibility terms. Destination choice and compliance are yours.

Frequently asked questions

What does my customer actually see?

A single page with your business name and five stars. No account, no app, no extra questions. Tap a star and the routing happens instantly. The widget in the top of this page is the real thing.

Can I send happy customers to my Google reviews page?

You can configure any destination, but when you point a redirect at a known review platform the dashboard warns you, because score-based routing to those platforms may violate their policies. The survey only goes live after you accept the responsibility terms, and that acceptance is recorded.

What happens if my webhook is down?

The message is already stored, so nothing is lost. Delivery retries at 1, 5, and 30 minutes, and a background sweeper re-queues anything that gets stuck. Your endpoint can verify each delivery with the HMAC signature.

How do I share the survey with customers?

Each survey has one short link. Most teams text it right after the job closes, include it in the invoice email, or put a QR code on the paperwork.

How much does it cost?

Cerebro Feedback is free during the pilot. Pricing will be announced before any paid plan starts, and pilot customers hear about it first.
